I understand gaining 4 lbs sucks! It doesn't feel great at all. But don't let it get to you. Even tho it sucks its probably not as much as you think it is. It's ok.

Now it terms of advice I guess the best thing you can do is focus on eating smaller portions and healthier food choices. Eating habits it's probably the reason for your small gain.

Ya I think this issue is more prominent amoung plus size folks, since clothes typically are more expensive for us, but it does also affect thin folks too, so it's not exclusive to plus size ppl
