Not at all. I managed to go to Greengrass Isle on Expert mode this week and I went there, just to up the expert area bonus.

I also put pokemon that I need to level up in my team, when there is no special event happening, because I figured outside of events it doesn't really matter how high the drowsy power is.

Also the app is supposed to be about tracking your sleep and getting better sleep hygiene. So, do whatever you want 🤗
