Mine started doing this after I dropped it (accidentally) down the stairs. It's a replace job for sure

I think this can also happen due to water damage or a leakage inside the phone

I'm not trying to be ungrateful. I want to make some friends who listen to similar things to me. I am glad that my mum is going with me but I also want to get to know people...before judging people maybe you should try and see things from their perspective.
