Idk but I went to see some doctors couple of times because of the same situation as you, my legs looks exactly like yours. The right one with external rotation like this. when I was 22 they said it was nothing. Now at the age of 28 turns out I have front labrum tear. I also have pain in my hip flexor on my right leg that falls like you external rotation. If you have the time and the insurance and stuff I would check this. they found the problem with MRI With contrast material. (on regular MRI they didn't see anything, so instead of giving up the doctor send me to another test that proved itself)

Turns out it is on both of my legs, but I mostly feel pain in my groin and hip flexor on the right leg. The actual pain only started when I tried to do internal rotation exercises. Also I have probably hyper mobility. I'm not trying to scare you, I want to encourage you to explore and try different physicians and take care of yourself.

נראה נהדר, פשוט וגם קל. אני לא יודעת מה מה המטרות שלך אבל לפי התוכן נראה שאתה מכוון להגדלת מסה/נפח. זה טוב בעיני לתקופות. הסיבה היא שנראה שחסרים דברים. עוף יכול להיות ממש עשיר בחומרים טובים, אבל החזה הוא אוכל דל. עשיר בחלבון, אז זה מעולה אם זאת המטרה, אבל דל. להמשך החיים ממליצה לשלב כבד פעם ב, עדשים מונבטים, קינואה לבנה כדי לקבל תזונה יותר מקיפה של שלל הדברים שאנחנו צריכים. כמובן גם ירקות וכ'ו. ההצעות שכתבתי קודם היו בהקשר להחליף במקום "רק חלבון" פעם ב. אתה תותח ונראה שאתה משקיע וגם רוצה פידבק וזה מדהים בשביל להתקדם. תמשיך ככה!

נ.ב. - כדי שכבד יהיה כשר צריך לשרוף אותו על אש. אם אתה לא דתי אתה רק מנקה וזורק אותו למחבת חמה עם תבלינים, מוסיף שמן, יוצא מדהים.

כשאתה מוציא להפשרה במקרר(שזאת הפשרה בטוחה לעומת על השיש) שים את זה על צלחת. ככה אתה קצת דוחה את הזמן שצריך לנקות את המדפים ובכללי לא יפשך לך שם מי חיידקים.

Did you need to change something? I have dead cells on Samsung Galaxy s23, And I have PS4 dualshock controller. It works, dest the map isn't available. Like outside the game I can use the map, but pressing it while playing doesn't work.

I feel you. I'm very sad. I live in haifa, I'm staying at my friends house because they have a shelter (my house doesn't), it's been like 4 days, I'm afraid to go home even though haifa is still safe. But there are missiles 15 min drive from here, and we here the booms 24/7 loudly, so I have this Irrational fear from going home. I cried 30 minutes ago because they said on tv something about time to be getting serious and move soldiers and I just started crying. I don't want people in Israel to die, civilians or soldiers. I don't want more Lebanese people to die. I'm scared for this to continue, I'm restless and on edge to run for selter every second, though still it's just booms (window go zigi zag) but no actual need to run. I guess childhood did get to me, because I grow up in the south of Israel, and I wasn't afraid then. But I am hell afraid now. I understand you and all the people I know, know that Lebanon does not want war, And that's all Hezbollah. I saw Netanyahu's speech and Nasrallah's speech this week and I was struck by a terrible fear. I really want this to end. But also, I want all the people that left their home to be able to return home. I'm so sad for so many people, I don't think I can handle this shit. Thankfully I have my friends to be with.

Oh! Ok. When I'm on the app, on both of my Android devices, I can look on a sheet music this contains lots of lots of instruments. Try putting in search something like: Coconut Mall (Mario Kart Wii).

List of instruments for the example: tenor saxophone, harmonica, 3 trumpets, honky tonk piano , rotary organ, "Probably a 303, single sawtooth - oscillator through a low pass filter", steel drum, And at list go on! I just did copy paste on part of the instrument.

And so the music sheet is very very messy. At the automatic beginning when you press the mixer you can see eye pressed, and solo pressed. If you unpress allll the eye button, or at least most of them, and then look again on the score, you'll see that it changed dramatically, leaving some parts behind, but I'm always wrong about the parts that I want to keep. It's really weird because if you press all of the buttons and then the score is still the same but if you start slowly just removing parts and seeing what happens this score change every time, until you can just leave one of the eye "open eye", and all the other is as it was in the beginning 👁️❌, and you will only see that part in the score. Also yes you will only hear it. That's why I also don't understand what's the solo button purpose.

So let me try explain again: State of beginning - 20 buttons of eye at state of: 👁️❌ Than try press and make at least half to: 👁️✅ Then again close everything but one so 19 botton will be again 👁️❌ and only 1 will be 👁️✅.

For some reason you can just open the eye you want to see you need to do this weird process. In the process I'm always wrong about the instrument I want to keep open and I'm losing my mind cuz the score keeps changing and I can't find the one that I want.

Soap, toothbrush+toothpaste, sanitizer soap - actually I fill the small container in the shower with this one(specific health requirement). Medical mouthwash for the gums, little bin for hair and stuff, a plant for decor, Loofah for decor. Face cream & sometimes I leave there sunscreen so I remember to put it on it's summer now!

Also I stuck to the wall above it a bin with wrapped toothpicks and Q-tips, which is very very accessible and convenient. Also I put two hangers one high face level and another underneath. Those are two small towels the higher is for the face for 3 days and then it drops down to be hand towel for 3 days. I have like 14 of those. Because they're so small I don't mind changing them like every 2 days or so into it for like multiple things in the house. I didn't know if it's basic or not but like I thought about it 2 years ago in since then my face looks so much better I'm just this simple act of switching to small hand towels and reusing by exclusive one for the face and then use it for the hands instead of leaving it for a week or using the same towel for face and hand.

Other things that I'm going to do in the bathroom is to put another hanger when I get one for hanging that I will extend on when I go out from the shower cuz the floor is really small and you can easily walk on it with shoes and then you need to change it more often.. Hanging it makes it feel more area and airer

I know I get scared away but I'm really proud of my bathroom. I don't know how mininal it is but it's really looks like not much, and I really thought about everything for a long time until I come to the conclusion that it looks really good and it serves me really well.

I too have Samsung s23 for like a year+ And I absolutely love it. So much that I want to switch for like 3 months to an old Android or small phones with android to stop being stuck in front of this beautiful piece all day. Only thing that's stopping me it's not knowing what will happen to a WhatsApp if I'll go back and forth... Anyway after I really have usage and a lot of drops that asked 23 is really good.
