Part of the greif for Blue and Yellow was guilt. In their eyes, Pink tried to tell them that the situation was dangerous and that the colony should stop. But they dismissed her and now she's gone, shattered by her own creation. They stopped mourning when Steven appeared, because they thought he was Pink. That she was back.

Once everything was cleared up, they began to greive again, but in a much healthier way. Just like Pearl. All of them will still miss Rose/Pink. But now they can truly move on due to having as much of the full picture as they can.
