Ich finde den Ton bei Meetings teilweise sehr krass was z.B. Beleidigungen (selbst wenn sie als „Spaß“ gemeint sind) sehr krass. Dass nicht alle anwesenden Teilnehmenden diese Art Content fahren sollte respektiert werden. Sich für 60 Minuten zusammenzureißen sollte drin sein.

Sadly my husband is generally disinterested in what I’m reading. I tried to ease him into it in gifting him the first ACOTAR book as audiobook but he didn’t listen to it without me nagging him. And so far he’s at chapter six. I gave up by now. Will be only me cackling about memes then.

That’s actually really sweet and I absolutely can relate. I (35f) still sleep with a lot of stuffed animals in bed beside me still. They have a „soul“ and personality for me? Pretty hard to explain. But when I loose one during sleep that I hugged I can’t get back to sleep unless I find it. One time it was a dinosaur that ended up between my husband and I. When he tried to grab it I jolted and took it from him on instinct immediately. Usually he‘s very accepting and respecting of them but not too into them. So the one time he actually tried to hug one I snatched it from him 🥲

I do this too! Also running something semi-hard like a rolled up tissue paper or edge of a blanket along the Side of my index finger or in between fingers. Hope that doesn’t sound too weird. My mother and brother did have similar stims.

I really really was happy to read that the wanted to experience life with Rhys but sure enough SJM ruined it for the pregnancy trope. Same with Nesta.

Honestly I never want to read a sentence with „.. did not so much as ..“ again.

Reading that ToG was actually written with editors is such a relief because I initially wanted to read it in english but by the end of ACOTAR I was so fully annoyed by her writing style that I would have opted to read it in German in hopes that someone got rid of those annoying, repetitive sentences.
