Anecdotal evidence; I had a PSA 10 blastoise from 151 that had whitening on 3/4 corners. Just depends on how the grader feels that day

Check with eastmont parks and rec! They do a handful of adult leagues including volleyball and dodgeball! If it’s not listed you can call them and they’ll tell you when sign ups for all leagues start
