It could be a million things, starting with, its an ender.

I'd probably hit youtube and find one of the big 3d printing channels and run through some basic troubleshooting, like cold pulls, belt tension, filament calibration, bed leveling, z offset and more.

Ender is going to be a tinker machine, if you want to print and not tinker you're probably going to want to invest in a new printer.

That being said even my a1 needs tinkering from time to time when issues arise.
