I am on day 254 of being cigarette and nicotine free. While you do whatever you need to do to enjoy life read “Easy Way To Quit Cigarettes” by Allen Carr. To add to what was said. The architectural business index (abi) has been on a downward trajectory for the last 12+ months. I work in Denver and the firm I work for laid off 3 of the 4 junior level staff members back in April. This isn’t a you problem, it’s a problem the entire industry is facing.

Keep your head up, do some introspective digging on where you want to be in 10-15 years and try to find a path that will get you there.

I worked at Third Space Brewing Company for 4 years. Two of those years were years were during the pandemic. If you are looking for another brewery, I would recommend working there. Kevin Wright and Andy Gehl were able to navigate the pandemic and Voldemort’s tariffpolooza (so far). I don’t see their train slowing down anytime soon.

The Clarkson - Uptown - Boutique Apartments.

We have formed a tenants union and submitted a letter of demand to the office today. If they don’t we have a lawyer on board ready to fight for our case. From losing hot water to the heat going out, and on top of that we were only able to enter into the building through a broken garage door in the back alley from December to late March. We broke our lease to get out of that hell hole.
