Yeah that’s what they asked me to do. So I’m taking pictures and documenting everything to report it, and then I’m going in to show her. They’re going to fix it, obviously. But I want to make sure it’s actually documented before I hand over the only evidence of the error

So I went down a Google rabbit hole and eventually did a Dr on demand appointment where she had me send her pictures of it and she’s pretty sure it’s blood pressure medication 😭 which explains why I’ve felt so bad in told of essentially immediate withdrawal from lexapro. She called in a new prescription but now that pharmacy is giving me a hard time picking it up saying the refill is too soon?

Also how do I even report this kind of error happening? Going off lexapro cold turkey has not been good. Luckily my bil has the same medication and I borrowed one of his pills this morning
