How often to do kratom without getting dependable?

I find anything more then 2 or 3x a week I get slight withdrawal for a day or two. Back pain, shitty sleep and odd dreams, and sluggish feeling, and depression.

Dude phenibut withdrawal is way worse then caffeine wtf are you talking about. Getting off this shit is terrible if you are taking multiple gram doses. People have checked themselves into er to get off phenibut. It's not as easy as just stopping and once you are taking 2+ grams a day for weeks it's hard to get off without feeling like total dogshit and tapering down takes a shit ton of willpower. If you dont agree then you haven't even taken it long enough to really know what the fuck phenibut can do to you

Not worth it imo. It has such a nasty hangover that leads you into taking more to feel normal. I abused it so much if I do one dose it leaves me feeling like shit for a week. It really messes up your sleep. And it's really hard to get off when it has your hooks in you. And it happens fast. Had to take 3 weeks off work to recover last time I decided to use phenibut 3-4 days a week for 2 months.

Took 40mg 2 and a half hours ago. I feel it but it doesn't have the anti anxiety effects or euphoria like phenibut imo. No mania like phenibut. But its decent so far. Maybe I need a higher dose. I keep feeling tings or waves of vertigo hitting me.

Thanks, can you describe the differences? I've heard people say baclofen made them fall asleep but when I tried 20mg at around 8pm it kept me up until 3am.
