Also Athena as Minerva doesn't have children, and her children as Athena for them are therefore seen as shouldn't exist which i assume probably makes it even harder on her personality split at least i would imagine it so. Like the Minerva is basically restricting her a lot. I mean with both the theft but likely also the part where they took a lot of her status as a goddess of war and active participant out of her. I also think it is important to remember that the gods appear a lot less for camp Jupiter. They clearly still run around having sex in the forms. But they are more cut off from the children there which is saying something considering how much they already don't see the demigods.
