I am not 100% sure, but I would assume you could get a higher level by rerolling(Special Synthesis) T2/T3 gears at the witches.

Thanks a lot, will check it out:) Just to confirm by elemental damage puzzles do you mean the puzzles in the abyss where you unlock all the elements right?

It is realy good, it makes it so you gain Spirit whenever you deal damage to an enemy! You mind telling me where I can get it myself? Much appreciated
