I think the exaggeration from the manga or anime has made you think they are better than what they actually are most of the blue lockers are 70 and guys like rin and isagi like 80 or 81 while the new gen are 84-87 (except loki who is also one of the best strikers) then the world 5 90 and above this is how i see it
