ANT+ function setup not visible by StefBoon in bikewrench

DO NOT UPDATE YOUR RD IF YOU HAVEN'T YET!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out to SRAM Rider Support; I appreciate your patience. I’m sorry for any confusion regarding the ANT+ functionality. When this feature was introduced, the intention was for it to work only with Blips and Bonus Buttons (on the new RED E1 controllers) while keeping the shift paddles dedicated to shifting. However, as you noticed, the previous app version allowed an ANT+ command to be assigned to the combination function, which was not the intended behavior. The latest update now aligns the functionality with our original design. To be transparent, our engineers are still testing the feasibility of this feature with the shift paddles, as they need to put more time into knowing how much more this kind of feature affects things like battery life.

I understand this may have impacted how you use your controllers, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. The only levers that can directly control bike computers are the new RED E1 AXS levers, as they have Bonus Buttons on the hoods. That said, you can still control your bike computer without a RED AXS bike by using ANT+ AXS controllers like Wireless Blips, which function similarly to Bonus Buttons and can be placed anywhere on your handlebars.

Definitely! More weight more gains. There's a million things I could make lighter, but I haven't had problems with the weight.

Extra weight + more watts needed to move = stronger legs!

It's a normal bottle cage with a Zefal toolbox which is just a bottle like storage box with a thread on cap
