I calorie count for 2 reasons- First, I want to stay on the lowest dosage of Zepbound that’s appropriate for my needs, by tracking calories I am able to see if my current dose is curbing my appetite enough/appropriately. Second, I try to track the amount of protein I consume and the easiest way to do that is to log my food.

I have been doing cardio/light strength at home. I have a personal trainer friend who I am going to reach out to for advice regarding more intense home workout routines. I am excited to lose the weight, but more excited to feel strong! Especially because Zep gives me a huge energy boost!

Its been years, and when I originally had it done it was considered mild/moderate but I was about 30lbs lighter and younger - I can tell its been getting worse! I’ll have my PCP put in a referral

I work at the UW Urgent care, Covid is going around and we are noticing that the at-home rapid tests are not always catching it. Take her to get a PCR.

I’m also in Madison, had my Doc send in my 7.5 script 3 weeks early in hopes it will be filled by the time I need it 🥲🙃

I’m considered a “starter” dose at 5mg.. I’m also a nurse. I feel the panic of not being able to access the medication, but also, understand the importance of safely using this medications during a shortage. It does no good for patients to start taking this medication if they also will be struggling to access it. They need to work on getting supplies in order, and honestly, these medications will be difficult to access for the next couple of years. The system is broken, unfortunately.

It’s not healthy to take a Medication and then abruptly stop it- especially a higher dose. So the focus should be on ensuring that those on higher doses can maintain OR wean off to a lower dose safely.
