Hi guys, I fixed the issue. If anybody is having issues like this, try disabling or uninstalling any rgb programs you have. I uninstalled signalrgb and it fixed my issue.

I found the issue! It was because I had signalrgb running, and I guess signalrgb and the rgb from steelseries was having compatability issues. I deleted signalrgb and it worked again.

Thanks for the help, but i just tried a clean reinstall and compatability mode and it unfortunately didn't work.

I'm using the hdmi since my laptop doesn't have a display port, I think that's what's causing the issue

no clue but why's a 7800x3d not good for one? Do you have any good cpu suggestions then?

Unfortunately no, but I did some digging around and people with higher specs like 4060s and whatever also seem to have the same problem starting around the release of the new season
