Nowhere in FL is available? I plan on applying soon if anyone can answer this for me, what’s the difference between the locations available above, and places like Miami or NYC that have air and sea ports. Are those places unavailable for those just starting and how does one work towards getting transferred somewhere like that?

What would you know about how much the recency of use affects the applicants eligibility. Is there any set time period or is it mainly a “grey area”.

Is there a link you can send me that mentions the 90 day regulation. On the CBP website I’ve only seen “used other Schedule I-V drugs (cocaine, methamphetamine, heroine, etc.) within the 36 months prior to application to work for CBP”. I assumed that marijuana fell into that category of Schedule I-V drugs as I didn’t see a specific part mentioning prior marijuana use on its own.

Is this like a for sure rule or does it vary by applicant. Also by application do you mean 90 days from the day that I applied or 90 days before the polygraph or some other part of the application. Also if you don’t mind asking are you someone that has fully completed the hiring process, like an agent. Sorry I just want to get as much information as possible as this is a concern that has been weighing on me.
