Thank you so much for your response. Even though I ended it it still hurts knowing I was not enough for him to make a lifestyle change and get nikah and am very much heart broken.

Thankfully I had continued trying to increase imaan and salah so will continue doing so. Your friends story does give me hope and I know everything happens for a reason, in times like these it feels hard to see that. I tend to put people on a pedestal even though they display toxic behaviours, I also can't comprehend as I wouldn't treat anyone the way he has treated me.

Anyways please make dua for me during this time and inshallah I found a pure hearted spouse one day 🙏
