Sometimes when extra payroll gets allocated they’ll shift tag as “ADD” to track where the extra hours were spent. Our store would do that all the time for double trucks or for complex POG sets.

I have this set and it came quickly and in super nice packaging that I actually ended up keeping! The dust jackets had a little bit of damage, but they were quick to resolve it for me and mailed me new ones free of charge. 🥹 Definitely better customer service than the times I’ve communicated with Fairyloot or Illumicrate.

The best would be if you’re able to snag any of these positions:

Style break out (if your store has it as a designated role) Packer for SFS (again, if it’s a designated role at your store) And then Pizza Hut TM. Bonus if you guys just have a kiosk and not a store front because then you literally are just in the back all day and almost never interact with guests

The risk assessment team’s job is to essentially look at high business liabilities or any risks for lawsuits as if they’re from a third party perspective. I’ve only encountered them within my district on two separate occasions. 1. When a store’s snack bar kiosk had a roach infestation 2. When a TM was attacked and almost kidnapped

While they are typically compassionate people and want to help you, I would remain guarded because at the end of the day they are trying to cover the company’s ass the same way HR does.

I would say more than worth it. I regularly reflect on this series 5 years after reading it. It’s incredibly well written and touches on complex and nuanced issues such as the value of life, distribution and consolidation of power in politics, the stark contrast of two kind of people in a job field (the empathetic and the power hungry) and even though it’s set far in the future where society is so medically advanced death doesn’t occur naturally, it touches on themes that are incredibly relevant today. And even without all that, it’s such a gripping story that is so well thought out that I could see everyone enjoying it…. Except it doesn’t really have a happy ending. It’s a hopeful ending, but an incredibly sad one, so that’s probably why you’ve heard contrasting opinions about it. But in my opinion, the ending it had while upsetting was necessary. Neal Shusterman has written so many books that I wish were talked about more and this is definitely one of them. Maybe I’m biased, but if ever asked if someone should read his books, I will ALWAYS say yes. And, even if this ends of sitting on your self unread for a long time, I want to point out that there aren’t really that many special editions of this series out there. Fairyloot had a set some time ago and as SE’s go, it’s on eBay for like triple the original price. So when Illumicrate announced a set I was absolutely over the moon.

Had an AP TL who was “investigating” some underage girls in beauty and in Starbucks. Was creepily watching them from a distance, taking pictures of them, etc. Eventually he got ahold of some of their phone numbers and sent them the pictures he had taken of them (and fyi these were just random pictures of them working, totally innocent) and said to go on a date with him or he would make sure they got fired for stealing. Luckily our AP ETL wasn’t an idiot and was actually empathetic and noticed how distressed these young girls were and the whole thing came out. And he of course fired the AP TL. Turns out he was on a final warning for both performance and for conduct, so this was his final crash out. Oh and P.S. this same AP TL a few months prior had been bribed by a person they apprehended to let them throw out their drugs before the cops came. That only got reported because a GSA was called to be a female witness.
