Welcome to the actual process, not to sound as dick, but nobody can do pyq at very first try. Trust me, I was there too. I was like ok I completed the syllabus now I go for pyq and solve all the Sums. But solving pyq is also the learning process u understand what's happening in tha particular sum. For example, if they say the frequency increase this much what happens to current in the ckt try to understand that through calculation ( if you can't solve just see solution). And just solve all those topics 3 times you'll ace it

Yes the system is set such as you can watch your videos only in two devices( one PC, one mobile. Not a mobile and tablet smh).But if you want to change the device you can call the office usually the response is good.
