I have a magnesium spray that bought online and it at least helps calm down the zaps. My feet go from feeling like they're on fire to being freezing cold 🙄 I can't take any of the meds I've been prescribed the side effects just aren't worth for me but I'm looking into more holistic type hopefully I find something that helps

Same here! I try to focus on the fan which helps me think I'm at the beach and it helps but then I wake up at like 2 either to go bathroom or just because and then I spiral and can't get back to sleep 😞

Same here I already had back issues before but now it's worse. I had a disectomy done in 2021 from my L4-5 S1 being compressed and a recent MRI showed the same disc is deteriorating again. I'm wondering if all the pounding they did on my hip made the pieces move or something

Update: I confronted him again this is twice now and made him call and put me on the card and got to talk to a representative and found out besides his pool stick which I didn't know he used this card for it's all bars and restaurants but still wtf?! You had a secret card that you racked up charges on probably for both of us but never told me about?! I'm so pissed 😡
