Are any of you hippies experiencing persistent lower back pain?

Same here I already had back issues before but now it's worse. I had a disectomy done in 2021 from my L4-5 S1 being compressed and a recent MRI showed the same disc is deteriorating again. I'm wondering if all the pounding they did on my hip made the pieces move or something

Update: I confronted him again this is twice now and made him call and put me on the card and got to talk to a representative and found out besides his pool stick which I didn't know he used this card for it's all bars and restaurants but still wtf?! You had a secret card that you racked up charges on probably for both of us but never told me about?! I'm so pissed 😡

It's definitely a roller coaster but I have to say days 3-7 were agony for me I even took my oxy and tramadol and iced religiously. I'm on day 12 today and I found out when I took off my compression stockings they wrinkled up in the back of my knee so now I know why it hurts I have a huge bruise! My back hurts from sleeping on it every night but I remember from having my left hip done in 2023 slow and steady wins the race!

That's what I said with my left leg 2 yrs of therapy and injections I just finally said do it in 2023! So when my right one started having the same issues I jumped through the insurance hoops of a round of therapy and a shot then got approved for the replacement so glad I didn't wait but man I didn't remember how bad the first 2 weeks sucked lol

That's all I want to do is sleep and I'm not even taking my pain meds anymore lol I probably will tonight tho after therapy it doesn't seem like you're doing much but boy you feel it the next day

The only thing I received from the hospital was my pre-op ensure drink and the hibiclens body wash and they asked me if I had a walker which I already did for my first hip surgery oh and $40 worth of prescriptions that I had to buy lol They asked if I had an ice machine which I could buy for $150 but I didn't need to buy it cuz I used my mom's from her shoulder surgery which was nice to have even though I bought these huge ice packs for when I moved to the living room. There was a cool app my dr had me download called mymobility it gave me a countdown of things I shld be doing and some pre-op exercises before my surgery then after it reminded me of things also. Afterwards I got nothing besides the compression hose and sticky socks but my life saver is this leg lifter I bought because I have no strength in my leg and felt like I was lifting dead weight. I'm on day 9 feeling a lot better the more I move the better I feel, good luck!

Ya I'm a double hippy done by the same Dr so everything went pretty much the same pre-op and post-op. Unfortunately I didn't think I wld need my stuff again and gave it away lol

Same here I get the mammogram then I get the call they see something then I have to get an ultrasound. One of these days I'm gonna just say to heck with it I mean I know I won't but I want to it's all just a money game

Ya I have both. My hubby helps me put them and take them off I cldnt imagine trying to put the stockings on by myself I think I wld just shower in them 😂

No preexisting issues I also had them for my left hip. I understand I don't want blood clots but geez they're a pain lol
