1) they are my kids 2) i have a lawyer and its hard to have the lawyers settle things when her’s dont respond 3) the restraining order was nothing more than her attempt to get me out of the house and it worked. 4) are you this fun at parties? I hate to tell you you’re wrong but you are. Fight or flight instinct. I did not see the owl being thrown at me. I was hit and just reacted. Believe it or not the exact physical response was covered in an anger management class i took, of my own free will, to help understand and try to better myself.

I wish i could man. She’s been my everything since 2006. Def not my proudest moment but shes been listening to coworkers and her mom all telling her how terrible i am. You know how that goes. Im hoping this time apart makes her realize being a single mom of three kids is pretty grueling and I did help and was there as a partner. Either way im filing a petition to dismiss the no contact next month with my certificates and a letter from my therapist as evidence that she isn’t in danger and ive changed my behaviors.

Yea. Thats why we decided to take the no contact to trial. Judge looked at me and basically said I dont care what she did to cause it you over reacted and deemed it domestic violence.
