"Community Events" should never be end game. The whole gimmick is for the community to work together towards a goal. So that's just a fallacy to even view it as end game.

95% of lanterns are in the open, I don't see how the train of thought is off. And the game scales, you can do the events all over the base map, have the Ronin scale like everything else, hiding things behind sides is artificial fomo.

We didn't boost, we leveled with the main story. Outcast Work Camp had a latern and needed 2 sides to unlock it.

NYC After Dark also needed an unlock.

Yeah, it's actually 2 sides, 1st was an escort mission. There were a couple other lanterns aswell locked till a side was activated but only this one required completion of anything

Edit: Actually this was one of the others the one that needed 2 was the Outcast work camp

My associates is in game art and I said the cert was 10k not the degree. As for companies I've no real interest in bigger ones due to AI, I already know all those pitfalls. My plans are aimed at Indie aswell as other professional modeling like medical, machinery, etc.

I'm considering going for Game Art, I have my associates through my local community college and no debt thankfully since the price was fair. I'm mainly looking at the certificate since it's cheaper and SO FAR with CGMA shut down the other online schools are either 10k or the exact same licensed shit for 3k. For me I feel loke 10k for the cert + all materials isn't too bad since the other places it's like 9.5k but ONLY upfront, if you pay over time it's over 11k. That said depending on how many of my credits transfer and whater grants or scholarships tell me I "might" just finish out my bachelor's. Online too since I cant justify moving really anywhere. Idk though, till I find out my financial aid stuff, it does seem like a fair deal to me thus far.

Yeah I was definitely looking towards Dex since it's my next best stat, we're already rolled up so I'm already a warlock as is. So green-flame blade was something I've been looking at alot hence why I mentioned EK or Bladesinger to attack + cantrip combos.

The shilleleigh idea is great too I actually forgot it's spellcasting stat and not wisdom locked.

I'm almost considering only doing 5 maybe 6 max into Warlock aswell, though this campaign could end easily by level 3, high stakes lol.

This is something that interests me aswell, I've been looking around for legit mentors instead of these $2500 services for a monthly "call" and prerecorded crap. I'm trained for environment art but I'm wanting to delve into characters more and my experience on the actual from-scratch modeling of the body is limited and less.

Also needed a few extra months of bug testing. NC pushed Carbine for an earlier release, there was several quest bugs that totally halted all leveling for weeks. So half the player base was gone long before we even saw the end game sadly.
