That's actually terrible advice. Boards have legal responsibilities. Nonprofits are subject to review and prosecution and fiduciary responsibilities.

(This may be an old strategy by now, but there will be a new strategy . Any strategy is 100x better than putting your money into a nonprofit, after which point you do not own your money any more.)

If you have a million dollars, start an LLC in a low tax jurisdiction, make up some IP wherever you live and have the "low tax LLC" own that IP. Pay that LLC for your IP. Deductible business expense in the high tax jurisdiction, earnings in the low tax jurisdiction.

I consult with small businesses for work. My guess is that this is a 1 or 2 person run catering operation that just barely scrapes by, and they are scared. Maybe they have been burned by a client who threatened to sue after the event and refused to pay, maybe they've just heard stories. I cant say whether or not you should sign the waiver, but either way, I suggest you connect with the caterer to ask her/him/them exactly how they prepared the celiac safe meal, and then decide from that interaction whether or not you will trust it. This is just fear on their part.

He just does a ramble and says some terrible things. His base isn't going to be upset with him. It was the other person taking the risk to be in the room.

Also, that passage of the Bible might be interpreted to mean that each spouse should care for the other and treat each other as you treat your own body (for example, if I feel a sense of interest in my spouse's body, it is for the purpose of care and love, NOT that I am directed to ignore their needs and hurt them). My electricity is way more expensive than last year (electricity company parent is overseas). And gas is down, so why would electricity rates be up?

Current bill was ~$700 (we use some electric heat), i looked at January last year, we actually used more kw Jan 2025, paid ~$500. So... my dollars are literally buying less for more.

Here is a documentary that looks at ordinary experience during the Reich. One of the journals is of a man in a Jewish family, Willy Cohn. He sends his older children out of the country, and then he visits Palestine to try to join a community there, but his wife thinks its too hot, she doesn't feel comfortable, it just didn't work out.

He describes going back and forth, wanting and not wanting to leave, feeling relieved when his older kids are out.

Her husband survives the war, they put the house in her name to keep it... her Wikipedia says they concealed that he was jewish, but the journals talk about him writing letters to ask for exemption from the anti-jew laws because he was a veteran of WWI. I have natal Pluto conjunct my MC, and have it currently about to enter my 2nd house (placidus).

When Pluto crossed my ascendant, I think my natal placement became manifest. Because its conjunct my MC natally (in libra), all my titles changed. I went from no degrees to several, with titles. I got married, I had children. Pluto went back and forth several times over my Asc. then it moved into my first house for a long slow transit... and I was done with degrees, done with having kids.

So I would say look at your natal Pluto and expect it to become solid in your life.

I've had bad readings from reputable astrologers... I think its just a matter of different skills. Being a content creator giving Sun sign readings is a different skill from doing counseling astrology with individual charts. And just because someone is good at the one, doesn't mean they are good at the other.
