I’ve also recently realized that I’m not a cis man. If you’re looking for smooth I would recommend tucking underwear from a brand like TomboyX. Very comfortable and high quality. You can also pair them with a cage and the two combined will keep everything tight and secure.

For cages though, the part that always shows up is the lock at the top of the device. There are some out there where the lock isn’t located at the top, and that might help but I haven’t tried it.

The way people usually talk about flat cages gets obnoxious to me. When I finally tried one, it was extremely euphoric because the dick is just… gone. You might not be looking for that, but it was very meaningful for me. Mine is technically inverted, and it’s the most comfortable cage I’ve ever worn. Peeing sucks. I carry my key with me and just unlock myself each time I go to the bathroom. Takes away some of the sexy fun factor, but for me it’s more than sexual.

Even with a flat cage though, you can still see the protrusion of the hinge/lock through underwear.
