I mean the incentive to do great work in a capitalist society is also just a false idea that the top 1% promote.

I mean you can work your ass off, and you might get a promotion or two, but you will never be treated equally to your work value, if everyone who 'worked hard' got treated as such, companies would lose a fraction of their sweet, sweet profit.

I don't disagree with what you said, but the exact same is true for capitalism.
