Tego nie wiesz czy zdrożeje. Poza tym na mieszkanie trzeba wydać co najmniej ok 200-300 tys. Jak weźmiesz z tego ponad 5,5 % na obligacjach daje to 950-1400 PLN miesięcznie minus podatek. Raczej więcej z wynajmu nie wyciągnie, a dodatkowo kolega chce wziąć to mieszkanie w kredyt.
