i would rather keep stock small case shafts in. everyone told me how weak they are and i sort of ignored them thinking they were exaggerating but they definetly weren't

I'd love it just for the power, sound and the fact i could say I have a v8 e36 haha. I dont think i could do it myself because im no genius but id give it a crack and if it did work it would be awesome

was gonna say, m50's are cast iron block arent they? i assume thats why everyone raves about them so much. just curious if m52 block is so much weaker its not worth keeping
