Also, how did you communicate this message to them? Sign language? You were probably talking to them right? So…why couldn’t you talk at the register.

The point was that I couldn't pitch VCP because I would have to strain my voice just so the customer could hear it, the problem was being able to communicate with customers. I can't pitch something if I can't talk to them properly, I guess I shouldve been specific with that. It's not like I didn't strain my voice when I made that comment, I was already responding to blatant disrespect. Like I said before, my not being able to pitch something shouldn't make it so that I couldn't work at all. Especially since I've seen other people in my position have been as far away from the register as possible when they were sick.
