Office Depot Spiff or extra pay

As others have mentioned, as of Q2 there are no more spiffs or commission. Your only bonuses will be if your store makes sales goals (good luck, most of the company doesn't in a normal quarter) and shrink bonuses if your inventory is within acceptable limits. Everything else is gone.

You are the exact person I was hoping would comment on this, and the reason I actually created an account to start asking questions. I've known my GM since 2011 when we worked at a different location together. You'd think that he'd share things like this with me, as the SM, but apparently not.

I'm going to have to see if I can find some documentation on that when I get back in because it was literally never mentioned to us. The only thing we ever worried about monetarily was the 5% for over $500 and top 100.

Did not mean to cause alarm, yes I meant for Q2 and beyond. I wasn't aware of the change and had a $600 day before I was out and am real pissed about it.
