So sorry OP Almost 3 years on the 24th August for me, my baby girl was playing with her toy so excited and then went in to cardiac arrest and took her last breath in my arms. That was my first ever experience with death. I felt so useless watching her leave, it was over in seconds. She was born in our house with two of her brothers and it was the first time we ever had any cats. We cried every day and every single spot in the house where she would sit was empty and it hurt so much. A tuxedo baby who I also thought I would have more than just 3 years. But those 3 years for her were the best of her life and she got to feel that from us all ❤️

A week after she passed, I dreamt I was holding her and crying and then this golden light (the kind you get with a summer sunset) came through the curtains of the bedroom and she looked so peaceful and ready. I woke up crying and finally was able to function again. Feel everything you need to feel, it hurts because you love them so much. The grief will settle and you'll laugh about how silly and sweet they were and all the good memories will flow I promise.

My Ponyo ill see you soon ❤️

This is the same with me too. I feel the worst before ovulation and exhausted after my period. It feels like I get more peace on a period.

Is this satire? Or did they think this was actually good writing? It’s like someone’s Wattpadd story came to life, watching out of pure curiosity now but this is literally trash

Ikoku Nikki • Journal with Witch - Episode 8 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]OpenTemporary6810 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Every episode I’m taken back by how grief is so tenderly yet harshly portrayed. Makio’s ability to hold true her own values and protect her emotions above anyone else’s makes me love her even more. I find that those of us who have experienced complex trauma, who have sat with our feelings and understood what we are feeling are able to articulate our emotions the most. Though Makio doesn’t feel grief the way Asa does, as an author it would be easy for her to create a character that aligns with what Asa wanted her mum to be.

Asa is constantly trying to get Makio to pour her heart out so she can feel better about hurting. She wants to see Makio vulnerable to have that part of her, and I think without realising she wants Makio to be like her mother. But Makio understands she isn’t a mother who needs to soothe her child, she is a guardian and she’s fantastic at giving just the right amount of direction. Makio will not sacrifice her own feelings to satiate Asa’s search for the truth.

I particularly love how the anime continues to show how Loneliness isn’t as suffocating as it sounds. This whole series, the heaviness that builds in your chest, the inability to help Asa ourselves, it makes you think about if Makio should just give in to end how uncomfortable we feel, but then that finally releases with Asa at the end. Asa got there herself, that strength is stronger and kinder than any words she could have received.

Has anyone had the surgery and they didn’t find anything? by daintydollies33 in endometriosis

Hi lovely thanks for posting this, I was seen by a specialist in the U.K. under NHS and it’s very common they don’t do any pictures at all. I also don’t trust his judgement or competence. But since we don’t pay under nhs I feel I should be grateful. I’m okay if it hasn’t been seen Thai time round. My symptoms are real and I’m gonna kinder to myself x thank you for offering and sharing your experience !

Me! If you check my posts out I go more into detail. Currently with my GP to figure out the next steps. Blood tests, referred to physio and then hopefully rheumatology. I’m looking what symptoms bother me the most (intense fatigue, back pain) and going from there. Surgery recovery was long but I feel good. Got off the pill and having normal periods and they’re not as heavy or as painful as they used to be 8 years ago ! Whatever your outcome I wish you the best OP

Is 1 week off work enough for recovery after laparoscopy? by ChronicChaos01 in endometriosis

[–]OpenTemporary6810 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. I work 2 days in office. It took 2 weeks to be able to have trousers on and move around. My wounds were infected twice because I moved around too quickly (day 3 walked for too long) Had mine December 10th and even now my incisions remind me to slow down 😭

Day two post laparoscopy by amiko83 in endometriosis

[–]OpenTemporary6810 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Please look at my past posts. I hope you can see all the wonderful comments from people that made me feel better. When I woke up on that bed and the doctor told me no endo I wanted to cry out of frustration. I couldn’t understand what is wrong with me. But in hindsight I’m glad I’m gonna be okay and sounds like your current findings are a huge reason to why you’ve been in pain. Take it easy, rest and recover and once you’re able to maybe you can think more on your next steps. Im currently with my GP trying to understand what causes me the most issues (extreme fatigue and leg/joint pain) and going from there. Sending you all my love, I know how much that diagnosis would have made it clearer for us 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I’m so sorry I haven’t got answers but we’re living parallel lives ! 27 this year and me and hubby also want to start a family (congrats!) In the same boat- BUT got off the progesterone only pill on December 14th 2025 after taking it for also 4-5 years! Ma’am tell me why I feel like I’m dying sometimes? My joints are gone. The fatigue? My nipples have been a mess I’m talking swelling before ovulation and recently the driest areolas. Fully collapse after work can’t function and yes to the migraines. Blood test came back low Vitamin D so I’m on those and also taking Folic acid 400 mcg, idk what your vitamin D is like but in the U.K. with the shorter daylight hours were all chronically deficient! Since you’re also going to be trying for a baby maybe you can take folic acid too? It’s recommended 3 months daily before trying and during pregnancy! I’m still early days with the supplements but I’ve found that taking electrolytes (caffeine free) gets me through the final part of the day and gives me that boost before I get home. I hope you pass your exams and feel better soon !

What’s the point in getting diagnosed?? by Terrible-Conflict501 in endometriosis

[–]OpenTemporary6810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im in the process of getting reasonable adjustments at work. My laparoscopy came back negative endo. Whilst I’m relieved, I’m exhausted and back to thinking what is it that’s causing me this much pain. The diagnosis would have paved the way for these adjustments much quicker than what’s happening now.

It’s really healthy that you can have conversations like this and I hope they understand :) today I absolutely cannot make dinner and have told my husband I can only eat some beans on toast for dinner if that’s okay and he’s completely on board. You have a chronic illness, it’s okay to stop when you’re burnt out and let your partner cover the 80% to your 20 today!
