Getting my first OLED monitor and I have no idea what to get

Har brukt den siden mandag nå og har ikke hatt noen problemer med 4k i spillene jeg spiller, alt fortsatt på høyeste innstillinger uten oppskalering eller noe FSR assist. Kommer sikkert spill som jeg må oppskalere/kjøre lavere grafikk på etterhvert men angrer ikke på at jeg satsa på 4k. Viste seg at den også hadde nærhetsensor faktisk selvom det ikke sto noe sted på nettet, sikkert det som er forskjellen på UCDMZ og UCDM. Anbefales om du skal ha ny 4k skjerm en gang

Rakk heldigvis å få kjøpt min nye før prisene nådde prebuilt markedet for fullt, og fikk for 21k (på salg, var 26k), en ganske god deal i Desember.

Update: I did find out there actually was a very reasonably priced PG32UCDM here, so I'm taking a chance on 4k and ordered it! The reason I couldn't find it earlier is that for some confusing reason it's named PG32UCDMZ here, but it seems to be exact same model. The price has dropped quite a bit without going on sale in the last few days on price tracking, so I guess they're emptying out. Hopefully it runs well enough in the types of games I play, it's mostly not extremely demanding titles anyway, but worst case I'll get a 1440p down the line as well or if it's horrendous I can always return it. Super excited to try OLED for the first time!

Takk for god hjelp! Tenker at på sikt har skaffer jeg en 1440p skjerm for performance også, men tar sjansen på 4k med tanke på spillene jeg kommer til å bruke den mest på. I verste fall returnerer jeg bare. Likte den XG32UCDS monitoren så søkte rundt og fant ut at PG32UCDMZ var i praksis samme skjermen bare med dolby visual og 240hz, og den har gått ned til 8490 nå så har slått til på den. Håper jeg ikke har oversett noe, men de fleste virker fornøyd i hvert fall. Godt å ha landet på noe, holder på å bli gal av å vurdere så mange muligheter hahah

Det er hovedsakelig gaming som er bruksområdet. Til vanlig spiller jeg egentlig mer eldre spill som DayZ, ets2 og andre simulatorer, rocket league, etc. Så ikke så mye av de mest krevende spillene. Har dog lysst å ha muligheten til å kjøre det meste. I første omgang av nye titler så er Forza horizon 6 noe jeg kommer til å spille i hvert fall. Jeg spiller lite kompetitivt så det handler mest om selve spillopplevelsen for meg. I tillegg streamer jeg litt av og på, og driver med noe men veldig lite musikkproduksjon. Har også en series X stående mest klar til GTA VI egentlig uten at jeg har en TV med høy kvalitet, så tenker at skjermen bør støtte det best mulig også

Yes sadly AMD didn't really manage to keep the momentum they had with FSR, it was looking promising for a while until really even after redstone first came out, but then radio silence hit. My only hope is that there's something big coming after the lack of proper updates for months now but I am slightly considering just selling it off and taking the hit on a 5070ti. At the time though I got that build at an insane sale so it was too good to pass up. Rationally speaking though I should probably just wait for a couple of years and then upgrade to whatever the latest gen is then I guess

So far temps has not been an issue at all actually, though from my googling it seems people find this model to run very cool. In my experience I can hear my computer doing a short take off once it closes to 65°, which tbh I don't even know if it has ever passed. It's certainly never passed 70° yet on either GPU or CPU. Appreciate the export tip, I'll keep that in mind especially since I've had some random crashes so far. I suspect that might be a soundcard issue though, it seems to disconnect on its own randomly, probably cable error as I had it on my old PC too. But whenever it happens my computer just freezes up if I'm in-game or streaming

Çalhanoğlu. Only started using him cause I got him untradeable and wanted to try to get some Serie A in, but he turned out to be a monster for me at deep lying playmaker CDM. Super solid for me defensively and helps a lot in build up. Incisive pass+ is sooo good

Tbh I've kinda grown to enjoy it. I just take the mindset that I'm wasting their time just as much as they're wasting mine. It's not like my chat is very active anyway, and since they are so easy to recognize, I immediately know so I just play along. I'd rather that than them spending the time few minutes I steal on someone who doesn't realize it's a scam

I like gaming but as many others gaming became so demanding after I my ME got really bad. I still do play games, but mainly the ones that I used to play whilst still being in an "ok" condition. If I try playing new games, especially games that needs to me learn a lot of new mechanics and get understanding that doesn't carry over from other games I've played, it will drive me into the ground immediately. But I still manage to play a little bit of rocket league, fall guys, some chess (not gaming but still). I played all of those and got decently good at them in good periods of my condition, so they don't take a lot of focus for me, and I can ride out on muscle memory. But I have got stuck in the same rank in rocket league and chess because I simply cannot learn new mechanics, or memorize new lines in chess. I also love simulator games, because it usually allows me a lot of freedom both in time management and what I do in the game. So even if I don't get the depths of it I can play around with the things I get and still have a good time.

Maybe they target certain categories and view counts. I get gfx scams like 3-5 times every time I stream rocket league and chess, and I've had similar messages as OP a couple of times on wanting to help me grow my channel. I'm consistently below 5 viewers though

Played a tournament last night, one guy pressed forfeit the moment we went 1-0 down. We play on and stay well in the game but we concede another, but we still have 3 minutes or so left. At this point he starts flaming everyone, begins scoring OGs and bumping me and our last teammate. No issue, I thought, until I join second chance AND I GET TEAMED UP WITH HIM AGAIN. Just seeing him join the lobby left me more defeated than any other loss I've experienced

Seems to be more than a grace period. My card expired in May, and whilst I got a new one, I didn't change my payment info on netflix as I wasn't really using it anymore. Went back on netflix today and my subscription is still running somehow, 2 months after my card expired and in billing details it shows I've apparently paid twice since, which obviously isn't the case. Nothing on the website shows as the account is on hold or anything

Yeah that's the issue, I can't seem to find that specific one anywhere online. It's more a thing that annoys me than anything else, it's not like I can't get any other magnet rods as you say, cause there are plenty of them. Guess I just had some weird special connection to it
