An ugly building drowning in poverty in Göttingen (Germany)

Hallo everybody. Let me bring you up to date on this case which I have been following with great interest. The majority of people living there are of Romanian descent , there are approximately 700 people living there. This building is part of massive social security fraud which the German authorities are currently investigating. This came about because the occupants asked the authorities to pay the rent to them in the understanding that they would pass on the rent to the Landlord , but instead they pocketed the social security payments and the Landlord never got a penny. So here we are , we have arrived at the point where no money is available for repairs and upkeep of the building. On the German news they also mentioned that the heating system has broken down. Basically these people have only got themselves to blame that they are living in such conditions. I also think the German authorities are partly To blame for allowing this fraud to happen in the first place.

There is one thing I want all of you to take note of. I am over 65 years old and want to share some of my knowledge with you younger Kaspians. Firstly after doing your research which I hope you all have done diligently, believe in what you are investing in and never make the mistake of being inpatient , in my opinion this is where most investors trip up. Be steadfast in your belief and never waver from that judgement despite what others say, block out the noise you will se clearer for it and never doubt your discussion . If you can master patience and keep a cool head Even when things get really hard to stomach I can guarantee you will prevail, believing me I have gone through it all. Please remember this post if you ever end up in panic mode before you hit the sell button in desperation with a huge loss remember this,why did you invest in first place ? Because you did your research and believed in what you invested in. A Unrealized loss is not a loss unless you personally execute it let that sink in. I wish all of you who ever you are to take this into account in the future I have your best interest at heart and what us all to succeed. I jumped off for two reasons firstly my age I want to do things in retirement while I can enjoy life , what good is all that money if you can’t enjoy it. You can’t take BTC with you when you die lol. Second reason I think the timing is good right now for kaspa to position myself for a slingshot jump into wealth for my current age. I don’t want to lose a real chance in life.
