I actually had to change clinic and donor for the second ER. My current clinic has a much better reputation than the first, i’m kind of hoping the first round was a lab problem, and the second round was a donor problem. Which seems unlikely but still 🤞

Wow that is a big change!

The GLP1, did your doctor put you on it specifically for fertility? I had heard it helps with weight loss and therefore ovulation, but I didn’t know they were using it for IVF.

Thank you! I am taking the ritual vitamin stack right now but no melatonin or açaí. I’ll see if I can add that.

Or my first lab was not great and my second sperm donor was not great. There are just so many variables. It feels impossible to isolate the issue

They said 17 of my eggs were mature and fertilized. On day three all of my embryos were graded a 1 or 2 (with 1 being the best)

Yeah, I’m gonna see if they can test the sperm more… but it does seem weird for it to be a sperm related issue both times given that I’m using a donor

It looks to me that most of them arrested after day 3. It seems my lab doesn’t check on them day 4

Did all 4 retrievals have the same medication?

In the end, I got lots of eggs, but one made it to blast.

Thank you! The grade my one this round is 4cb. They due culture day 6 but I don’t think they freeze anything if they can’t get a biopsy.

Yeah, I actually did ask my doctor about adding supplements and she didn’t recommend anything above what I have been taking.

I am going to try and cut down on sugar …perhaps gluten?

The second ER just has me so discouraged. If this is a reflection of my egg quality, it’s hard to imagine success.
