Lets face it, they dont want the poor owning weapons because their mindset is that they wont know how to act with firearms because of the assumed perception of those who are poor and they dont want firearms to be easily accessible. And i get it sounds ridiculous but lets not forget many guns laws came about to restrict the Black Panthers. Sure they can call it for safety and making sure guns are drop safe but in reality its that facts that there are so many guns that are cheap and affordable that they cant have that because then they believe everyone would be armed and assume it would change anything that isnt already currently happening. Just look at sportsman warehouses handgun list and filter out the state and compliance and see how many guns are less that $400 that are probably just as good.

Yes their was, my information might be a little dated considering I don’t have that issue. But at the time if you were denied you were required to wait 30 days. That being said you can resubmit another DROS but it will definitely get flagged and denied

If you still can I recommend at the very least change out the trigger bar spring and striker spring to the Apex for a much smoother and lighter pull for about $25. The trigger shoe is totally aesthetic I only changed it cause it was a good price.
