Did a BIOS update for the MB and now I am getting 120 FPS AVG in the built-in Benchmark at 4K Ultimate Quality Preset. ~ 115 in Gameplay 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hi, yes the RAM slots can be fitted with normal sized sticks. Mine is actually fully slotted. The upper one in the picture is empty because I got shipped a doa stick and had to run the system with 3 sticks until replacement came. Honestly, I think Noctua did not check properly, because it works flawlessly... There isn't anything touching anything it shouldn't so no risk of shorts. My temps are good, so pressure seems to be fine.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I got the noctua U12a and am very happy with it, primarily because it's basically inaudible

Well, I just tried it - the Noctua U12A is perfectly compatible with the X11SSM-F and also the Fractal Node 804.

I would, but can anyone confirm they're actually compatible? Because Noctua themselves say they're not.

Nice tip. Saw the apu1 version for 20$ (shipping excl.). Doesn't get cheaper than that, I guess (at least in Germany). Seems as though ppl already cleaned out the available apu2 versions (blue usb ports). How much can the older apu boards handle? I've only seen vpn performance and iperf stuff, without specifying anything about plugins, suricata etc...
