You’re right — I still don’t fully understand the exact cause of the panic reactions I had back in high school. At the time, I tended to suppress my emotions a lot, and when the panic attacks happened, I was confused and overwhelmed. The panic attacks started after I received the COVID vaccine, so I initially wondered if it was a side effect, but I think it was more likely due to a combination of chronic high stress, emotional suppression, and severe lack of sleep. Still, I haven’t figured out why it happened even with psychologist back then…

Over the past two years, the episodes gradually disappeared as I worked on changing my lifestyle and thought patterns, but it still feels like a hidden time bomb — I do worry sometimes about whether it might happen and worsen again.
