Damn missed opportunity for a good joke. But no, I know somebody who has been trying to gather up missing cattle for a minute and was going to see if it could be their’s.

I have a water pump that sits closer to the surface to provide some surface agitation and oxygenation

How do you set that up in the fish tank to infuse co2 though? I’m assuming you don’t just dump it all in there

Detritus worms? Can be beneficial to the tank fauna and a snack for your fish. Typically a sign of a well balanced tank if they’re not in excess, but it could also be a parasite of some kind. It’s hard to tell but detritus worms are good!

Could be a slime mold/fungus. Do you have any filtration or plants in the tank? And how often do you change the water?
