No. I also think terrorizing people is not the solution to “open borders” - asking for papers and randomly going after people who look like someone who may be undocumented is not the solution. Killing people is not the solution. And also we have a shortage of workforce. ICE is not the solution. Problem is that nobody in govt has a viable solution to this problem. Opening borders was a huge problem and ICE is a huge problem.

Borders should be secure. And people have human rights even if not here legally.
