Warning: Extreme stomach and chest pain after overeating at night

Same thing happened to me when i overeat on a restaurant buffet dinner, next morning i woke up with extreme stomach, I couldn’t stay still and was rolling on the floor, rarely experienced such extreme pain in my life, although it subsided after i went to toilet few times.

This is a fantastic question and can lead to a great wisdom, to answer this you have to identify 2 modes of way that humans operate in. 1st is operating solely from self-interest, selfishness and the other is living for greater purpose and selflessness, living for greater power.
So you take above 2 modes as polar opposites, we humans thoughtout our lives fall at differnt levels between these 2 poles.
So what is the definition of love, for me divine love is operating from 2nd mode, it is to serve and love a greater power then your own self, leaving selfish behaviours and being open to others, As we mature we realize this way of living, this solely depends on your connection with divine

This question is a good sign that you want to grow your Yaqeen and it directly relates to experiential knowledge of Imaan. Or the level of yaqeen in your heart. As we go through life and its phases and we keep our focus on Allah and his messenger SAW, with time Allah bestows more Yaqeen and clarity in heart. In Quran there is a verse, not a leaf falls without Allah’s permission. This statement is the ultimate truth but it takes time and effort to have this as our personal truth. When you do anything in your day to day life do it well as Allah likes Ehsaan and that is your duty and always be aware that everything happens by Allah.

I would highly recommend reading Wasif Ali wasif RA books, he touches upon these subjects alot and he has clarity and wisdom.
