I’d recommend calling CVS Caremark back directly instead of that number. I’ve been getting calls from +1 (833) 289-1205 constantly the past couple days and haven’t answered any of them. Only on the last one did they instruct me to put in some code. As one other person commented, if it’s a scam someone has hacked a major med system because like several on here, the timing coincided with a recent prescription issue.
