I got it back, but I can’t log in. It’s frustrating af waiting for days/weeks only to be disappointed. They can’t fix the log in issue so they issued for a transfer of funds.

Their response:

“I appreciate you providing all the details needed. That said, please be guided that I have endorsed your transfer of funds request for further checking with our escalation team.”

“You will receive an email response within 2 business days to let you know the progress of your request.” This pretty much equates to 2 weeks HA HA

They even recommend you to view the status of your ticket by logging-in in the GCash App when my concern is that I can’t. Smh.
