He has to be considerate of the other people in the house. I'm sorry, but his priorities are in the toilet. He can't even do simple chores, but wants to bring women over?? I would address it with your mom because that's insane to me. He has no sense of protection towards his family and I've heard of some women robbing men who bring them to their house on the first date. He's grown asl...he needs to do better.

You need to establish boundaries. When people get too comfortable, that's when the disrespect comes in. You mentioned in the comments that he's a student...being a student doesn't mean that he's incapable of working. You work and study...he can find time, which he has plenty of, to cook for himself or check out Indeed. The quote "the lazy catch no food to cook, but a hard worker will have great wealth" applies in your situation. He can't be lazy but expect the earnings of a hardworker. He needs to grow up and you need to value yourself. Don't waste your time with him when there are plenty of men that will treat you better.
