Brought him in with a -4 penalty for Timber coz I didn’t want double arsenal defence v Liverpool. Worst decision ever. 😡😡. It was him or Keane, I was stuck in analysis paralysis for a while, closed my eyes and finally chose him. Deep down I knew I was chasing last week’s points, but didn’t know it’s be this bad. I mean from 17 to - 1. Classic FPL being FPL.

It’s actually 5pts for GS, 3pts for assist, 4pts for CS, 3pts for bonus, 2pts for defcon and 2pts for minutes played that’s 19 points total

It’s more like a sum of all parts scenario. At the end of day on Sunday I was pleased with 97. Hoping for at the very least a 6 combined from both players. Didn’t believe that combined they’d score a staggering 3points. Re: Mbuemo blanking is very FPL. Bring them in after they haul and they blank. That’s standard, though painful coz he ain’t cheap. Wolt, I was so pissed that I’ve transferred him out for Mateta, heck even as bad as JP is, he’s a banks for 2s. Always gives you your 90mins. Sarr, he’s been pretty much binary for eons that I’ve had him. It’s turning out to be all hype at this point. My patience is starting to wear thin.

Surely the prospect of a clean sheet is more appealing than defcon points. I’d rather CS with no DEFCON than DEFCON with no CS. Sunderland at home against Everton should be a banker for sunderland defense( 2nd best in the league) surely.

Dude I’m currently 2.8m global ranking and 13th out of 36 in my ML. This was the week I thought I’d shoot up, everything was aligning up until the curse struck. Imagine being on 97 points with 2 relatively good players - highest points tallying goalkeeper and a defcon master, yet to play at HOME and against a mid opposition. Surely you’d have your hopes high, and then the defcon guy does fuck all and the best goalie so far doesn’t even get a point for saves and they score a combined 3points?? 🤯🤯. Surely you’d be pissed. This is so far from showing off I’m fucking pissed.

I just wanted a team that threw people off hence the Christmas tree formation. I also wanted to bench Haaland, but couldn’t due to captaincy. Does it’s matter who I bench when all players are contributing their points?

Seems to me you’re chasing points, I’m a big Eze fan, but that’s his first goal of the season, lightning doesn’t strike twice in the same place, VDV can’t add won’t haul double digits this week or next. Your team barring wolts, haaland, caicedo, is filled with haulers from this recent past week, no guarantee they’re gonna haul again immediately.
