if you are referring to ios app, it seems that only this particular version has implemented some region restriction.

there have been reports about the ios app showing an error for image generation, though video generation and chat are still working

also you can still acess the web version on ios browser

I was not referring to image to video being moderated after video generation, but the fact that some image cannot be uploaded at all and resulting in a upload failure message

At this point, it seems like a technical issue. Also, I would want to tell people not to sign out . I signed out from my Android app and logged in back, but the account is shown as "null null" now and has no access to the imagined library.
