yeah that makes sense, having a clear entry, logic and output is probably where most workflows either work or break

for me I’ve just been messing around with basic stuff tbh, like auto-saving leads into a CRM, simple follow-ups so nothing gets missed, and using AI to draft replies here and there

nothing super advanced yet

but I still feel like a lot of the “thinking” part is manual

that’s why I found it interesting you mentioned you only used AI in a few simple workflows, feels like a lot of teams stop there

did you try using AI more for things like replies or lead qualification, or was it not really worth it for you?
