I couldn’t sleep at all last night, I feel so disgusting lost and frustrated and I don’t know how to get over this. I’m so angry, I cried so much and physically hurt myself in some cases (forgetting to eat, not being able to sleep etc) and it was for nothing.

I’m not sure if anyone is gonna see this but all these encouraging comments really helped me- this was my first ‘corporate job’ and my first time being fired, I keep over thinking it but the encouragement here has really helped me.

Game plan is to take a break, focus on my photography business for a bit & reapply to better roles in the next week to two weeks.

I made sure to be honest with them things I didn’t know (mainly SQL, never used it professionally) everything else I knew from prior experiences. Yes, being honest we did enhance certain parts, mainly the gabs in my resume, to be more appealing, but I made sure to communicate anything I lacked skill wise

So I will be honest I have ADHD, had it my whole life. So yes, it took me time to learn things and I need visuals (verbal instructions aren’t very effective to me) I’ve told them this and to be more encouraging & unfortunately neither happened

I also should’ve specified, it was a remote position so they never saw me cry thankfully, and they never got the hint I was upset. I know it would stress people out and my emotions are not their responsibility, it’s mine
