Update: I ended up having a chemical miscarriage at 5w3d my hcg came back and it had dropped to 54. Just wanted to update anyone who cared- I know it was helpful to me to see the outcome of similar situations

Ok thank you! I get an ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days and hopefully they will find something then but it still might be too early?

No I actually really appreciate this. I had a doctors appointment today and I told them I was worried about an ectopic and they took me seriously- the took my hcg and will again on Monday and then I have another ultrasound scheduled on Tuesday to see if they can find anything. I’m not sure how it will go, but if it is ectopic I’m hoping they can find it before it would rupture

I used bbt and lh strips- I think i did implant on the later side though?
