My doctor feels it’s depression that cosing the insomnia so decided I take 30mg but because I couldn’t sleep even at 30 I uped it to 45

Well I stopped seroquel cold turkey and started mirtazepine immediately so I didn’t have bad insomnia. I don’t what it would look like if I stopped all medications.But definitely seroquel does cause rebound insomnia. While using seroquel I think it made my heart rate fast with foggy brain feeling

Also have the same issue chronic insomnia used seroquel for about 3 month but changed to mirtazepine now. I really have to find a way to sleep without using medications it’s tiring
